According to the court, Judge Jeong Yeon-ju stated that the victim’s personal records of the assault and her accusations are in line and seem to reflect experiences that would be difficult to fabricate.
Oh was charged in 2022 for two counts of sexual assault against an unidentified woman, but was not detained.
