The son of Dana Carvey, Dex Carvey, passed away at 32 years old.
The family of comedian Dana Carvey announced that his son, Dex Carvey, passed away at the age of 32 due to an accidental overdose.
“Dex accomplished a great deal in his 32 years,” remarked Dana Carvey and his spouse, Paula Zwagerman, in a combined statement. “He possessed immense talent in various areas – music, art, film making, comedy – and pursued them all with fervor.”
According to Entertainment Tonight, Dex Carvey followed in his father’s footsteps as a comedian and actor. In 2018, he even had the opportunity to open for his father at a standup show.
Dex had a great appreciation for life, which was evident in everything he did. Being around him brought a sense of joy and love for life. His parents expressed that his greatest loves were his family, friends, and girlfriend, Kaylee.
