Imtiaz Tyab from CBS News recently joined a unique “Mercy flight” to transport some of the most critically ill and injured individuals in Gaza, primarily children and their families, to Abu Dhabi for necessary medical treatment. Tyab spoke with several passengers who shared their difficult experiences with illness, resilience, and, in some cases, being separated from loved ones in Gaza as they journey to the UAE for urgent care.
