Tom Homan, President-elect Donald Trump’s incoming “border czar,” told the Washington Post in an interview this week that Trump’s new administration plans to revive the controversial practice of detaining migrant families and giving undocumented parents the choice of leaving their U.S.-born children behind or having the children deported with them.
