For approximately 12 hours, there was a lack of cellphone reception throughout the United States.

Customers who are eligible for the $5 credit will have it automatically applied to their accounts, but those with AT&T Business, AT&T Prepaid, or Cricket accounts are not eligible for reimbursement.
