According to the outage tracking site Downdetector.com, on Wednesday, LinkedIn, a networking platform owned by Microsoft, experienced an outage that left the site inaccessible for numerous users.

LinkedIn has not yet responded to the request for comment made by CBS MoneyWatch.

The customer support account for LinkedIn on social media site X (previously Twitter) has acknowledged the service disruption.
