On Monday, Chairman Dick Durbin from the Senate Judiciary Committee and Senator Lindsey Graham, the leading Republican on the panel, declared that they had issued subpoenas to Discord CEO Jason Citron, Snap CEO Evan Spiegel, and Linda Yaccarino, the CEO of X (previously known as Twitter). This came after multiple refusals from the individuals to appear during weeks of negotiations.
The two senators stated that Big Tech’s neglect in regulating itself, which harms our children, must not be ignored.
