The cinematographer Halyna Hutchins was fatally shot on the set of the Western film “Rust” in New Mexico in 2021.
Based on legal papers submitted on Wednesday in Sante Fe County court, Baldwin, who is 65 years old, chose to forego his arraignment, which was initially set for Thursday. He entered a plea of not guilty to the charge, which was filed by New Mexico special prosecutors earlier this month.
