Singer Cassie, whose stage name is Casandra Ventura, has reached a settlement within 24 hours.

A statement from her lawyer confirmed that she has filed a lawsuit in New York against Sean “Diddy” Combs, a musician and entrepreneur, for allegations of rape and physical abuse during their time together.

“I have made the decision to peacefully settle this issue with some degree of influence on the terms. I would like to express my gratitude to my loved ones, supporters, and legal team for their unwavering backing,” stated Ventura.

Combs stated, “We have come to a peaceful resolution regarding this issue. I extend my well wishes to Cassie and her loved ones. With love.”
