Earlier this month, G/O Media, the previous parent company of the site, announced a rebranding as “Verb”.shutting down

The company Jezebel has faced financial limitations and has had to let go of its employees. CEO Jim Spanfeller of G/O Media stated that even though there were 24 potential buyers interested, the company was unable to secure one for the publication. However, this has now changed.

On Wednesday, Paste Magazine announced that it will soon acquire and relaunch the well-loved publication that focuses on women.
