After hand-written banners were found in the city, believed to be from the Jalisco cartel, the well-known narco corrido singer Peso Pluma cancelled his October concert for safety reasons.
The banner warns, “Do not consider performing on Oct. 14, as it will be your final performance. If you show up, we will annihilate you.”
