On Monday, April 8th, a United States crossing will occur and Delta is ensuring that you are able to witness it from the air.
The airline has announced a unique flight opportunity for travelers to witness the total solar eclipse. The flight, designated as Flight 1218, will depart from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport at 12:15 p.m. CT (1:15 p.m. ET) and arrive at Detroit Metropolitan Airport at 3:20 p.m. CT (4:20 p.m. ET), as stated in a press release.
Delta Flight 1218 was fully booked as of Tuesday, February 20th.
